These Genuine Eagle® rim covers are for 22.5″ X 7.5″ and 22.5″ x 8.25″ hub-piloted steel wheels with eight lugs and four vent holes with a 275mm bolt circle with one of the noted wheel numbers and 20mm wheel studs.

Required: Your stamped wheel size must be confirmed to ensure fit.

Hub-piloted wheels have a built-in washer on the backside of the wheel lug nuts. (see images)

Please be sure that you have hub-piloted wheels, or the hardware that comes with this set will not fit — the image we have provided shows how to determine stud-piloted wheels from hub-piloted wheels. Also, please physically check your vehicle to verify your lug nut type before ordering. We want to ensure that you receive the correct mounting hardware and do not want you to experience the hassle of exchanging mounting hardware, like those who went from memory and “thought” they had it right.

This set does not fit the 22.5″ x 6.75″ Maxion steel wheel number W0002403. If you have Maxion steel wheels, please contact us with your wheel number, and we will be happy to assist you.

This set features our state-of-the-art over-the-lug attachment system that bolts onto your wheel without lug nut removal. This attachment system eliminates the hassle of the now obsolete under the lug mount, commonly referred to as “bolt-on,” that required the removal of lug nuts to install. Our over-the-lug mount attachment system is now used on heavy trucks nationwide.

Important: some wheel numbers noted may have different wheel stud sizes depending on the vehicle build specifications. Over 90% of the vehicles requiring this set have 22mm wheel studs, and less than 10% have 20mm wheel studs. 

20mm retention hardware is standard and is what we will ship unless you tell us to send 22mm.

IMPORTANT: If you have 22mm wheel studs, please specify this when checking out. This information will enable us to ship the correct mounting hardware for your truck and avoid a costly hardware swap.

If you have 22mm wheel studs, a 7/8″ wrench will fit correctly over the stud protrusion above the lug nut.

If you have 20mm wheel studs – a 7/8″ wrench will loosely fit when placed over the stud protrusion above the lug nut.

If you place a 13/16” socket over the stud, it will slide over a 20mm but NOT over a 22mm.

Please be advised there is an additional shipping charge if a hardware swap is needed. Please check your wheel stud size before ordering so that we can ship the correct hardware for your vehicle.

These covers fit wheel numbers: 90614E; 28415; 28484; 29028; 28869; 88884E; 89920E or 89920. Before ordering, please verify your wheel number, lug nut count, and wheel hand hole count to ensure proper fit. 

To check your wheel number, look on the exposed side of the steel wheel, between the lug nuts, or about an inch from the rim edge. Verifying this number is the best way to ensure fit. Unfortunately, ordering by make, model, or year has often proven unreliable.

We do not sell knock-off generic, unbranded wheel covers designed to fit a broad range of specifications. Squeaks and rattles can result from a poor fit of wheel covers over steel wheels.
