Exact Fitment
These Genuine Eagle® rim covers are precision-engineered for hub-piloted painted steel front wheels measuring:
- 22.5″ diameter
- 6.75″, 7.5″, or 8.25″ width
- 8 lugs
- 4 vent/hand holes
- 275mm bolt circle
Confirmed Wheel Numbers: 28484 • 88884E • 89920E
Fits Accuride and Maxion brand steel painted front wheels (magnet must stick). Will not fit aluminum wheels.
Critical Stud Size Information
Standard mounting hardware is for 22mm wheel studs.
Your vehicle may have either 20mm or 22mm studs. If your truck has 20mm studs, the included hardware will not fit. Please contact us before ordering so we can direct you to the correct item.
How to verify your wheel stud size:
- A 13/16″ socket will not slide over a 22mm stud
- 22mm studs use 33mm lug nuts
- 20mm studs use 30mm lug nuts
You can also measure with a caliper or metric wrench.
Advanced Over-the-Lug Mounting System
These covers feature our D.O.T.-compliant over-the-lug attachment system that bolts securely onto the wheel without removing lug nuts. This modern design eliminates the hassle of older under-the-lug (“bolt-on”) systems and is widely used on heavy commercial trucks.
Why Choose Genuine Eagle® Covers?
- Made from premium never-rust bright polished stainless steel
- Lifetime Finish Warranty
- Exact OEM-level fit for listed wheel numbers
- No squeaks, rattles, or loose fit
- Includes authentic Eagle resin center emblems
We do not sell generic, unbranded, or loosely fitting knock-off covers. Inferior covers often yellow, rust, crack, and lack proper warranties.
How to Confirm Correct Fit Before Ordering
- Locate the stamped wheel number on the exposed side of the steel wheel (between the lug nuts or about 1 inch from the rim edge).
- Verify: wheel size, wheel number, stud size (20mm or 22mm), lug count (8), hand-hole count (4), and hub-piloted design.
- Do not rely on vehicle make, model, or year alone — multiple factory wheel options exist.
