resistant wet suit material. However, there are many grades of
neoprene and in this water resistant neoprene seat cover line

Our CR type, 100% water resistant
neoprene seat covers, utilize a OEM grade, 4 layer construction
method consisting of the face fabric outer layer, neoprene, 10mm
foam padding and soft tricot inner lining, providing outstanding
comfort and protection. Our Tailor Made water resistant Neoprene
Seat Covers are non-flammable and are pre-treated at the mill
with UV inhibitors to resist color fade. These
water resistant neoprene seat covers are 100% CR Type Neoprene
including the back and side panels (not just the "seating
area" / front panels of the seat cover) and offer full
coverage of the seats so that the seat is literally reupholstered
over the existing seat covers. Industrial grade hook and loop
closures allow easy access to cupholders and console/armrest
storage compartments. We do not
use stretchable fabrics in the sides or back panels of these
tailored CR type water resistant neoprene seat covers.... Don't
be fooled, these are the finest, 100% CR type water resistant
neoprene seat covers you can buy.
What do we mean by "water
resistant"? Commonly referred to as "waterproof"
seat covers are not designed to be completely "waterproof".
We know of no one in the seat cover industry that is manufacturing
completely "waterproof" seat covers. Water resistant
is a much more accurate term. Seat covers must breathe in order
to provide protection to the OEM seat cover. All plastic seat
covers as manufactured many years ago, actually damaged the underlying
material over time as they did not "breathe". Our seat
neoprene seat covers provide the highest level of water resistance
of any seat cover line. This does not mean that they are designed
to serve as a replacement for a covered top in the rain. We advise
that you beware if anyone makes such as false claim.
