Simulator Return Policy

15% restock fee

No returns if mounted.

Credit cannot be issued if mounted.

If a return is needed please contact us for instructions.

These policies apply to all wheel simulators and related parts.

Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of order.

Merchandise sent back without a RA# will be returned to sender.

No returns of merchandise without a Return Authorization Number.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees which are non-refundable.
