Special Order Seat Cover Policy

Please be advised that the item you are about to order is a special 
order only item and can be returned in the case of factory defect 
for repair or replacement. 
1 year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. 
This includes all tailor made seat covers:
Neoprene seat covers. 
Leatherette seat covers.
Saddle blanket seat covers.
Velour seat covers. 
Tweed seat covers
Spacer Mesh seat covers
Ballistic Seat Covers
Poly Cotton seat covers
Genuine Leather seat covers
In the unlikely event of a claimed factory defect or error, the 
customer will be responsible for return freight to ship the product 
back to our mfg. facility for inspection with the required return 
authorization number. However, if we determine prior to return that 
the reason for the return is due to a mfg. defect or a shipping error, ie; our fault, 
(unlikely as we have the finest quality control in this industry), 
we will issue a call tag for the item to be picked up and 
repaired or replaced and will reship the seat covers at no charge. 
Any seat cover that requires a RA# will be refitted to the original 
seat pattern and examined carefully per your request as to fit and quality. 
Returns must have prior approval and have a assigned (RA) return 
authorization number. Merchandise sent back without a RA# will be 
refused and returned to the sender. 
Returns will not be authorized after 30 days.
If a return for warranty repair is required the shipment must 
be shipped prepaid by the customer with the required RA#. 
Once the repair has been made we will reship the item at no charge.
If a return is needed please contact us for instructions and the 
required return authorization number. Color match to specific 
models is neither guaranteed nor implied and may vary according 
to computer screen monitor settings. Exact fit seat covers orders 
cannot be canceled once they have entered production and refunds 
cannot be issued at that point. These seat covers are special order 
only, made to order, and are not a stocked item. Credit will not be 
issued for any tailored, made to order seat cover. Delivery times 
are estimated based on yearly averages and may vary due to current 
production schedules. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed 
nor is this implied. We make every attempt to honestly estimate 
all delivery times. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the 
date the credit card charge is processed and the order is entered 
into the production schedule. 
Average delivery time on made to order seat covers is around 3 weeks. 
Off the shelf fit seat covers will typically deliver in 7-10 business days. 
A $5.00 processing handling fee will be applied to the order total for processing.
